WILMA M. GISMONDI

My name is Wilma Gismondi and I obtained my real estate license in the summer of 2000. Since that time I have consistently worked for Budd Realty, Inc. Our company is not a franchise nor do we hire real estate people who simply are in the job for the short term. The company hires career-oriented individuals who make every effort to excel in their educational goals and professional designations. For me, I find a desire to be affiliated with this kind of company to be one of my greatest assets – professionals who can and do demonstrate professionalism every day they come to work. Personally, I have been married for almost 47 years and have lived in National Park, New Jersey for that same amount of time. As a youngster, I grew up in Woodbury, New Jersey. I have full knowledge of the surrounding areas and also a good overview of the school systems. I have three grown children and six grandchildren and all of them keep me very busy (when I am not working real estate). I served on the National Park Board of Education for 33 years as a member and Vice President for most of those years. “An extremely rewarding experience.” I thoroughly enjoy reading – a gift that was bestowed to me by my parents. Professionally, I am a member of the Gloucester/Salem Board of Realtors, presently serving as a Director, the National Association of Realtors and the Council of Certified Residential Specialists. I have had many positions through the years; but in every field I have dealt directly with people. I AM A PEOPLE PERSON. I believe in a direct, hands-on, total involvement with my clients. More times than not, real estate people tend to work with individuals and families on a one-time basis only. My philosophy differs greatly from that norm. I need to know my clients and, more importantly, they need to know me and how and what I can do for them. First and foremost, I strive to develop a relationship of trust and commitment. Under a study completed by the National Association of Realtors, the number one consumer request is for a business relationship to be one of trust of their Realtor. I know this is something that is just not given from one to another; it MUST be earned. The only way I know of creating an environment of trust is to become trustworthy. That only comes with direct interaction with my clientele. Secondly, and equally as important, I commit my talents and skills to my clients. Whether you are a buyer, seller or landlord, in every case I agree to accept I couple my integrity and reputation with my expertise and ability to successfully achieve the aspirations and goals of my client. In the end, our real estate transaction moves expeditiously and smoothly. The clear fact is, there is no substitution for hard work and dedication. Finally, your investment is most likely the greatest asset you hold in your personal investment portfolio. I take this very seriously. It is my job to protect you just as I would for a family member or myself. I am not a part-time sales person. To the contrary, I am a real estate specialist – this is my vocation in life. My primary goal is to represent your interests in a trustworthy manner and communicate with you every step of the way.
