About Me:

Hello, my name is William (Bill) Barr. I was born in Canada and came to Pitman as a young child and went through the Pitman school system. Later on, I attended Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and obtained my teaching certification in Industrial Arts, Special Education. I taught day and evening classes at Camden County Vo-Tech in Sicklerville, an Auto Body instructor at Gloucester County Institute of Technology and evening adult class at Salem County Vo-Tech. After teaching I bought one of Gloucester Counties largest Auto Body and Mechanic Shop which I owned until I retired in 1999. At that time I started buying rental properties and felt that if I were a REALTORÒ I would be a better and more knowledgeable buyer and seller of real estate. In 2000 I became a full time REALTORÒ with Budd Realty, Inc. Recently I furthered my education in real estate by graduating with the G.R.I. designation (Graduate of the REALTORÒ Institute). That puts me in a group of only 8% of all the REALTORS in New Jersey with that designation. My goal is to give to my clients the honesty and dedication of a full time Real Estate professional whose goal is a totally satisfied client. I am also a NOTARY PUBLIC for the State of New Jersey, a service I gladly do for any person who might be homebound, elderly or disabled or have a problem getting into our office. On a personal note, I am a life member of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks, Clayton, NJ Lodge, an organization dedicated to helping handicapped children, our veterans and many other worthwhile causes and needs in the area including scholarships for students.
