About Me:

My name is Kerry Foster and I dedicate my efforts full-time to the lease and sale of residential and commercial real estate at Budd Realty. My passion for real estate was instilled in me by both my family and professional accomplishments. I have lived in Woodbury for the majority of my life attending Woodbury Friend’s School, Evergreen Avenue Elementary School & Woodbury Jr./Sr. High School. During my primary education, I became known as “Kenny”, graduating as a member of the National Honor Society & receiving my diploma in the name of “Kenneth Foster”. After graduating from Woodbury, I went on to achieve my Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware; concentrating in Operations Management. My professional experience includes experience as an operations manager and new site coordinator for Bradlees Department Stores; Chief Operating Officer for a local medical imaging company; Regional Director for a national medical imaging company; and founder & vice-president of a rock concert production and promotions company. It is through these diverse roles that I found my passion for real estate. I had the opportunity to work with Realtors to evaluate expansion sites for the various companies I have worked for. My experience included lease negotiation and significant construction project management. It is that experience which helps my clients at Budd Realty. I have the understanding, knowledge and ability to structure and negotiate favorable contracts for my clients; and, as a value added, provide my expertise in helping my clients estimate the feasibility of renovations and build-out; and the costs associated with that goal. Most Realtors do not have the vast construction knowledge that I have been able to accumulate and freely share with my clients. Throughout my career, I have noted that the most successful organizations and individuals are those that listen and respond to their customer’s needs. I know to provide my clients with exceptional customer service. One of my distinguishing qualities is my attention to detail. Combining the aforementioned traits with my outgoing and friendly personality wins the respect of my clients. All of my clients have been so satisfied with my service that they recommend me to their friends, family and associates. As a member of the Budd Realty sales team, I am here to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Gloucester-Salem County Board of Realtors. I maintain membership and privileges with TRenD MLS and the South Jersey Regional Shore MLS. I will commit my full efforts and talents to all serious real estate buyers and sellers.
